Apology

An apology without a solution is meaningless

  • I agree. I hate apologies with excuses too. Frustrated is more like it not misunderstood.

  • I hate when someone apologizes because they feel bad that you feel bad. When, in essence, they're apologizing to get themselves off the hook, not because they're genuinely sorry for what they did. The apology is about them and to make themselves feel better, not the person they've offended.
